Linda is a Founding Partner of Carroll Papp & Cunabaugh, P.C. Her areas of practice include Family Law, Mediation, Adoption and Collaborative Divorce.
She received her B.A. from University of Maryland and her Juris Doctorate from Drake University, and was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1985.
Linda is a member of the McHenry County Bar and the Illinois State Bar Associations. She served as the first female President of the McHenry County Bar Association in 1994-1995, and served on the Board of Governors from 1986 to 2006. Linda was co-chair and chair for the Legal Aid Committee from 1986 to 2006.
She is a member of the Mediation Advisory Council of the 22nd Judicial Circuit since 2007. Linda was a Facilitator for the Focus on Kids Program of the 22nd Judicial Circuit from 2006 to 2011.
Linda has been appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem for the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court since 1990, and as a court Appointed Mediator since 2005.
The McHenry County Bar Association presented Linda with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016, and she was the first recipient of the MCBA Distinguished Service Award. Linda also received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Prairie State Legal Services for her dedication to providing pro bono legal aid to those who would otherwise be unable to access the justice system.
Linda is married with one child, and has lived in McHenry County for over 35 years.

Attorney Fulton is an associate with Carroll, Papp & Cunabaugh P.C. She received her B.A. from DePaul University with highest honors, and graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, cum laude. Her practice areas are Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Mediation, and Appellate Law.
She is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Lori is a member of the Illinois Appellate Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the McHenry County Bar Association. She is an adjunct professor for the Loyola University School of Law and an instructor at McHenry County College. Lori received awards for dedicated service from the McHenry County Bar Association and Prairie State Legal Services.
Lori has a wide range of litigation experience including commercial, personal injury, medical malpractice, trademark infringement, contract, property damage, family law, criminal defense, and mediation.
She is a long-time McHenry County resident, married, and mom to multiple rescued greyhounds and a newfoundland.

Attorney Carroll is a Founding Partner of Carroll Papp & Cunabaugh, P.C. His areas of practice include Criminal Law, Estate Planning with an emphasis on Special Needs Trusts, Real Estate, and Family Law. Tom also frequently serves as a court appointed Mediator in family law matters and as a Guardian ad Litem in Probate/Guardianship proceedings. He practices in both the Crystal Lake and the Harvard, Illinois office locations. Tom is a court appointed Special Public Defender for McHenry County. Previously, Tom served the citizens of McHenry County as Chief of the Civil Division and First Assistant of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office for approximately seven years.
He received his B.S. from the University of Iowa, and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University, where he was also selected to be a member of Law Review. He was admitted to practice in the State of Illinois in 1988, the United States District Court, the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Tom is a member and Past President of the McHenry County Bar Association and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. He is a Board Member and Past President of Options and Advocacy for McHenry County where he has volunteered his time for over a decade. Tom also serves as an adjunct instructor at McHenry County College for Court mandated parenting classes in family law cases.
Tom is married with three children, and is a long-time resident of McHenry County.

Attorney Papp is a Founding Partner with Carroll Papp & Cunabaugh, P.C. A practicing attorney in Harvard, Illinois since 1978, Barney’s practice is concentrated in estate planning, wills, trusts, estate administration, business and real estate transactions (including Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges), banking law, business entity formation and planning, zoning, subdivision, leasing and development, as well as personal estate and income tax planning.
Barney received his B.A. from University of New Mexico, graduating cum laude; and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, graduating cum laude, and serving as a tutor in the legal writing program.
He was a member of the Board of Governors of the McHenry County Bar Association, a past President, and a member of the Lawyer-Broker Accord Committee.
Barney’s civic activities include: former Member of the Board of Directors for Raue Center for the Arts; for Delos F. Diggins Library; for the Lake Region YMCA; for the Harvard Area Chamber of Commerce; and for the Harvard Area Jaycees. He was a Member of the Illinois State Bar Association Real Estate Law Section Council, and served as City Attorney for Harvard, Illinois.
He has an “AV” peer-review rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, National Register of Preeminent Attorneys, continuously since June, 1994.
Barney is a long-time McHenry County resident, has two daughters, and one grandson.

Real Estate & Estate Planning
Attorney Jinkins is an associate with Carroll, Papp & Cunabaugh P.C. She received her degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin and graduated Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University Law School before admittance to the Illinois State Bar. Her primary areas of practice are Real Estate and Estate Planning.
Grace uses her experience and education to assist clients in Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural Real Estate, as well as 1031 exchanges, articles of agreement, and land trusts. She is able to assist clients on Estate Planning with Marital Trusts, Single Trusts, Wills, Transfer on Death Instruments, and Land Trusts.
Attorney Jinkins is a member of the McHenry County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
Grace’s family has lived and farmed in Harvard for over 60 years. She and her husband live in Harvard with their two children and four dogs. She loves the Green Bay Packers and football season. 2021 undefeated fantasy football champ.
